History
1792 Single Barrel Bourbon was crafted in a distillery built next to Thomas Moore Spring in 1879. The unique location features two natural springs with limestone that filters the water, removing iron and adding essential calcium, making it perfect for bourbon production. The process begins with carefully selected corn, rye, and barley, which are cooked, fermented, and distilled. Once distilled, the whiskey makes its way to the still, where a tail box allows distillers to monitor and taste the spirit before it is placed into barrels made from copper. This meticulous attention to detail results in several exceptional varieties of 1792 whiskey.
