2020 Envol Organic Cabernet Sauvignon

True to its French roots, the Envol Cabernet Sauvignon is a cab with rich, balanced flavors. Rather than growing in the colder, more northern regions of France, this Cabernet Sauvignon is harvested from grapes grown near France’s southern, Mediterranean coast. This unique climate and its rich clay soil help infuse the grapes with deeper, more fruity flavors. Envol’s Organic Cabernet Sauvignon features smooth, supple tannins and medium-high acidity that help accentuate its diverse flavors. It opens with light aromas of cherry and a hint of pepper. As it moves to the tongue, notes of red currant and earthiness are further revealed.
