2021 Cantina Di Solopaca Bianco I.G.P.

Hailing from the almost ancient Solopaca D.O.C., the Cantina di Solopaca Bianco’s classification is somewhat lost in the past, but it does not change the fact that this wine was once praised by the King of Naples. With the perfect golden straw color of a distinguished white wine, floral perfume aromas, and a zing of acidity, this wine is made from Aglianico grapes and can live on the vine for 10 to 25 years. The grapes are harvested in October by hand before the wine is expertly fermented in stainless steel tanks. This keeps the crisp acidity and bright flavors intact.
