A special beer leaping straight from the depths of the Funk Dungeon, this brand new heritage saison is a fusion of grain and grape, barrel and brett, teamwork and time.
Heritage grain Plumage archer saison aged in ex-wine French Oak barrels, before being blended on to beautiful English grown Pinot Noir grape pomace from winemaker Paris Barghchi. Elegant acidity with flavours of tart apple and plum paired with a jammy redcurrant character and sharp raspberry sherbet, balanced by earthy undertones of rich tannins and a lick of sweet vanilla for a clean, rounded finish.
