Alma Del Jaguar Añejo Tequila hails from the highlands of Arandas, Jalisco, where the Feliciano Vivanco Distillery has been crafting exceptional tequila since 1929. Made from 100% sustainably farmed, hand-harvested blue weber agave, this añejo is a masterful blend of three distinct lots, each aged in American and French oak barrels. The result is a complex spirit that embraces tradition and innovation, with flavors shaped by wild and Champagne yeasts, stone oven cooking, and open-air fermentation enhanced by classical music.  

Rich and layered, this tequila unfolds with notes of banana, vanilla, and cooked agave, leading into deeper flavors of caramel corn, oak, and hints of smoke. The blend's diverse barrel aging creates intriguing contrasts—some portions exhibit bright minerality with chalk and limestone, while others develop darker, bolder profiles with vanilla and subtle acidity. The double-barreling process intensifies the spirit’s depth, bringing forward a velvety texture and evolving complexity with each sip.
