Amrut combined two of their finest and oldest casks - one aged in ex-bourbon and the other in ex-sherry, and distilled in 2002 and 2003 respectively, to create a 92 proof winner that is liquid gold. With hints of chocolate, raisins and sunflowers on the nose, the taste of brown sugar, biscuit-y malt, and raisings washes over, with a long finish ending in notes of plum, chocolate and sugared lemon peel. A party in your mouth basically!
