Lebanon’s national drink, Arak Ksarak is built on premium grape alcohol and prized Mount Hermon aniseed, distilled and matured two years in traditional clay jars. The result is a clean, aromatic anise spirit that pairs beautifully with mezze. It turns milky-white when mixed with water and ice — the customary serve.
