The concept begins with fire — the vital element in both grilling and the BizarreBQ’s cask programme. Double charred oak casks extend the standard charring process for deeper caramelised wood compounds; PX sherry casks add the intensely sweet, dark fruit, and raisin concentration of Pedro Ximénez; and the BBQ casks introduce a specifically smoky and charred character.
