The Maestro de Ron — the house's Master Blender — selects from rums aged up to 17 years in American white oak barrels, blending older stocks with complementary younger aged rums to achieve a perfectly balanced profile. Each bottle is then individually signed by the Maestro and marked with its blending batch, bottling date, and bottle number before release — making each one a traceable, documented release rather than an anonymous production run.

The result is a fundamentally different Bacardí than the white rum most people know.
