This 107 proof bourbon is named after Baker Beam,the grand nephew of of the legendary Jim Beam and is made with a special jug yeast that's been in the family for over 60 years. It provides a silky smooth texture and gives Baker's a full, balanced flavor. Very aromatic with a sweet, smooth, medium long finish.

There's spicy cinnamon-clove candy, sweet corn, a hint of leather and smoothing baker's chocolate, then an oily spread that flashes to a sweet-hot finish.
