This brew grinder delivers commercial quality with ultra-sleek, compact style offering a professional upgrade to the popular Vario line.

Pour-over, press-pot, and drip brewing are optimized with this sleek and powerful machine. Its steel burrs are ideal for medium to coarse grinds, engineered to produce fewer fines, for evenly sized granules every time.

The intuitive LED backlit touch screen has three programmable buttons each for weight and time. The solid metal side sliders give you 10 macro settings, as well as A-Z micro settings for a total of 260 ways to customize grinds for your favorite brews.

A unique “hopper stopper” shutoff valve seals off the hopper for a quick change without spilling the beans or having to turn the machine upside-down. Use the two included wrenches to clean or calibrate in seconds. Please note: If you are interested in grinding for espresso, the Forte AP is going to be a better choice for you.
