The Barrell Bourbon Cask Finish Series: Armagnac (Edition 001, released September 2025) is part of Barrell Craft Spirits’ innovative finishing program. Armagnac, one of the world’s oldest brandies from Gascony, France, imparts deep fruit, spice, and tobacco complexity when used as a finishing cask.

- Kentucky: 10 years old
- Indiana: 7, 8, 11 & 12 years old
- Tennessee: 9, 13, 14 & 15 years old
- Derived Mashbill: 78% corn, 18% rye, 4% malted barley
- Age Range: 7–15 years
- ABV/Proof: 56.5% ABV / 113 proof (cask strength)
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Deep amber with copper highlights
- Nose: Fig, apricot, clove, tobacco, cinnamon, strawberry rhubarb pie, candied walnuts
- Palate: Dried apricot, leather, toasted oak, raisin, tobacco, chocolate-covered espresso beans, hazelnut, black walnut
- Finish: Long, layered with cinnamon stick, white grape, dried plum, pecan pie, custard richness, clove, and oolong tea
