Crafted and bottled in Kentucky, it draws from barrels selected for their refined qualities and complex flavor profiles. Distilled in Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, and Wyoming, this bourbon showcases a remarkable depth of flavor and complexity. With an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 55.06%, it offers a powerful yet refined drinking experience.

The bourbon presents a deep maroon color, with hints of rust and baker’s chocolate. Its nose is rich with the scent of vanilla bean, intertwined with goldenrod and a treacly sweetness that recalls dark brown sugar and sugarcane. The age has enhanced the grain’s character, imparting notes of tres leches cake, granola, and macadamia nuts. Subtle herbal undertones of sage, tonka bean, and menthol, along with plump raisins and fig newtons, round out the aromatic profile.

On the palate, Barrell 'Gray Label' delivers a balance of biscuit-like sweetness and spicy warmth. The taste of s’mores, amaretti, and oatmeal raisin cookies is complemented by hints of crystallized ginger, peppermint, and black peppercorn.
