Base Knock Convex by Joe Frex
The Tamper Base Knock Convex features a black silicone ring which enables you to gently tap it against the portafilter to shake the coffee grains back into the filter before tamping again. This will ensure that your portafilter will remain undamaged.
The convex shape ensures that there is more space created between the shower of your group and the compressed coffee grounds. This can improve the water distribution in your filter when using larger amounts of coffee.
