Bayou Spiced Rum is a skillfully homemade product from the molasses of sugarcanes found in the delta of the Mississippi River. After a complex distilling process, the rum is blended with Louisianan Creole baking which contains three distinct flavors: vanilla, sweet figs, and cinnamon. It is crafted at the Bayou® Rum Distiller, which opened its doors in Lacassine, LA.
