Berlucchi Franciacorta Nature '61 Dosaggio Zero was crafted from the grapes of the best vineyards of the property, it requires at least 5 years of refinement on its yeasts. There is a soft pressing of the grapes with the fractioning of the musts. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks and the full maturation of the cuvee occurs in the next spring. Finally, it is bottled with the liqueur the tirage for 24 grams per liter of sugars and selected yeasts. The aging on yeasts for 24 months is followed by another two months after the disgorging. This meticulous process ensures that the wine develops a complex bouquet and a refined palate.
