Bernheim Barrel Proof, crafted at the renowned Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, remains faithful to its origins. However, this particular iteration is matured for a duration of seven to nine years within our exposed rickhouses. It originates from a Wheat Whiskey mashbill consisting of 51% wheat, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley.
With a notable aroma derived from oak staves and freshly baked bread, this wheat whiskey tantalizes the senses.
