Blanton's Poland 2021 is a limited edition bourbon crafted exclusively for the Poland market, showcasing the artistry and tradition of bourbon-making. It is made with Mash Bill #2, a sour mash blend of corn, malted barley, and extra rye, which contributes to its unique flavor profile. After maturing in American White Oak casks, the nose presents an inviting sweetness with rich notes of vanilla, complemented by layers of caramel and spices like cinnamon. Subtle hints of delightful honeycomb weave throughout, creating a harmonious balance that invites you to savor each sip, revealing even more complexity with every taste.

History
Blanton's Poland 2021 is a gorgeous collector's item, that appeals to any connoisseur. It is best known as "liquid gold"! It was produced in 1984 under the guidance of Elmer T. Lee, Master Distiller at the George T. Stagg Distillery, now known as the famous Buffalo Trace Distillery. There he worked with Colonel Albert Bacon Blanton, the President of the Distillery from 1921-1951. During the time he worked for him, he noticed that whenever there were ambassadors, dignitaries, and Colonel Blanton's family and friends, he would always choose a bottle aged at warehouse H at Buffalo Trace. This unique warehouse, the only metal-clad one at the distillery, was built shortly after Prohibition. The metal construction created significant temperature fluctuations, affecting how the whisky aged, resulting in a rich and complex flavor profile. Aged for 6-8 years and featuring a higher rye content, Blanton's is all about quality and only produces a limited amount, which makes them so hard to obtain. In 1999, eight different horse stoppers were added to the bottles of Blanton's, each with a letter circled on the lower left side to spell out “B-L-A-N-T-O-N'-S.” When lined up, the stoppers display different positions of a horse race, making them collectible pieces in their own right. Blanton assures fans that it produces the same number of each every year, ensuring consistency. Blanton's found overseas will be 700 ml, while domestic releases are 750 ml.
