Overview: We are farmers first and foremost, so we know the importance of being sustainable. 50% barrel fermentation, 50% stainless steel fermentation. Sur lie aged and hand stirred (batonnage) monthly.
Tasting Notes: Layered with flavors of green apple, juicy pear and warm baking spices.
Pairing: Apricot stuffed pork loin, Mexican grilled corn on the cob, Ham, pear, and cheese panini.
