Thomas H Handy: Thomas H. Handy Sazerac Rye is an uncut, unfiltered Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey and is one of the five bottlings in the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection released each fall.
William Larue Weller: Uncut and unfiltered, this hand-bottled bourbon is barrel proof. Weller substitutes wheat for the traditional rye grain, a production method pioneered by W.L. Weller.
Sazerac 18: Sazerac Rye 18 Year Old at bottling has flavours of oak, caramel and dark chocolate, with a finish of coffee, black pepper and cherries. It is bottled at 45% ABV.
Eagle Rare 17: Eagle Rare 17 Year Old release is part of the antique collection and bottled at 50.5% ABV. This limited edition release has a nose of ripe cherries, vanilla cream and oak, followed by a taste of caramel and coffee and a long finish of oak, pepper and fresh herbs.
