Description: Buffalo Trace Distillery, in partnership with the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc), produced this Kosher Wheat Recipe Bourbon using the same high-quality grains as W.L. Weller Bourbon Whiskey. Aged for seven years in specially designated Kosher barrels, the whiskey adheres to strict Kosher standards. To prevent issues of Jewish ownership during Passover, the barrels were sold to a non-Jewish executive through a ceremony overseen by a cRc representative. Bottled at 94 proof, the bottling lines were meticulously cleaned beforehand to ensure no contact with non-Kosher spirits. Released annually after Passover, this Wheat Recipe Bourbon is a true homage to the heritage of America’s oldest continuously operating distillery.
