Burundi Yandaro Natural

Over the past eight seasons, our search for the cleanest and sweetest coffees in Burundi has led us to the village of Yandaro, where Greenco purchases and processes ripe cherry from thousands of smallholder farmers and processes it with an exacting focus on quality. Each year, our coffee team looks forward to launching Yandaro lots on our single origin menu. This lot, a carefully processed natural, offers a surprising twist on the traditional washed coffees we typically offer from Burundi. The resulting cup delivers notes of ripe dark fruits and the deep, syrupy sweetness of a fortified wine.
