This wine is an excellent example of the plentiful bounty available to produce classic California Chardonnay aged in 100% new French oak barrels. The liveliness in the glass envelopes the ripe Golden Delicious apple, youthful apricot, fresh butterscotch, and allspice notes on the nose. The palate repeats the flavors from the nose with a lifted center, Tahitian vanilla, and a juicy long finish. pair with seafood fried rice
