Calumet Farm Bourbon Whiskey is crafted in small batches with a traditional mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley. It is aged in well-toasted casks with a deep #4 char, accounting for the natural dark color and slight smokiness on the palate. All barrels used are aged in a single, center cut rack from the ideal maturation location and conditions inside the rick house. It is Non-Chill Filtered for added depth of character and color, paying homage to Wright's beautiful farm and his tradition of breeding winners. This unique bourbon is made from a distinctive blend of fifteen and eight-year batches, creating a flavor profile that is traditionally based and globally appealing.
