The double-spout portafilter offers brewing convenience, while the bottomless portafilter lets you fine-tune your extraction for richer crema. The EC PRO is also equipped with an advanced boiler system that keeps six ounces of water at ideal brewing temperature for efficient and consistent shot extraction. Along with steady brewing temperature, the system is designed to maintain brew pressure stability to yield optimal results.
Also noteworthy is the Capresso EC PRO’s modern stainless-steel body and simple switch- and and knob-based interface. A robust stainless-steel steam wand, capable of delivering rich froth for a variety of drinks, can be found on the left-hand side of the machine.
