Casamigos Tequila Reposado 375ml features 100% Blue Weber agaves aged 7-9 years from the rich clay soil of Jalisco, Mexico. These agaves are roasted for 72 hours in brick ovens, far longer than the 7 hours most use for steaming. An 80-hour fermentation process, twice as long as the industry average, creates a balanced and refined flavor with a special yeast blend. Its aroma is of caramel and cocoa with notes of dried fruit and spicy oak. Finishing its production is a 7-month aging period in premium American white oak barrels.
