Cascahuín Tahona Blanco (NOM 1123) is a small-batch expression from Destilería Cascahuín in El Arenal, Jalisco, a family operation dating to 1904 under Master Distiller Salvador "Chava" Rosales Trejo. Unlike the distillery's standard roller-mill Blanco, this expression is tahona-extracted: single-estate 100% Blue Weber agave from the Valles lowlands is slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens, then crushed beneath a volcanic stone wheel before natural fermentation and double distillation in copper pot stills. Verified additive-free by Tequila Matchmaker and imported to the US by Suro Imports.

Crystal clear with a slightly viscous bead, the nose opens with white pepper and orange blossom over honeyed agave, lifted by Meyer lemon zest. On the palate, roasted agave depth develops alongside floral and citrus notes, with a subtle earthiness the tahona process draws forward.
