Castle & Key is one of the most architecturally significant distillery restorations in Kentucky, with the historic Col. E.H. Taylor distillery site (originally built in 1887) painstakingly restored by the new ownership. The Restoration Rye represents the project’s first major release — a Kentucky rye whiskey patient enough to take four years before market entry.
