Nose Fresh cooked agave immediately. Then lighter herbal‑herbaceous tones, a bit of citrus zest (lime, maybe lemon), a touch of vanilla and vanilla bean, and sometimes a mild minerality or wet earth. Slight pepper spice (white or black) may show. Taste Smooth entry; sweet cooked agave is front and center. There may be citrus notes, subtle earthy or vegetal undertones. Light pepper spice or black pepper adds some warmth. Some versions report a hint of caramel or butteriness balancing the agave. Finish Clean, relatively short to medium. Agave sweetness lingers. There’s often a light herbal or citrus fade, maybe a little pepper or spice residual. Slight warmth, but nothing harsh.
