Charbay Premiere Release 27 Years Old No. 83 Brandy is crafted at Charbay Distillery & Winery, which was founded in 1983 and is owned and managed by Master Distiller Miles Karakasevic, his wife Susan, their son Marko, and his wife, Jenni. The Karakasevics are considered pioneers in the American artisan distillery movement, with a lineage of distilling expertise that dates back to 1751. Located in the picturesque Napa Valley, the distillery sits on Spring Mountain above St. Helena, California. This exquisite brandy is double-distilled in Charbay’s Alambic Charentais Pot Still from 100% Folle Blanche, a classic variety used in Cognac production, and is then aged in new French Limousine oak barrels for an impressive 27 years, resulting in a rich and complex flavor profile that is highly sought after by connoisseurs.
