This California white wine begins with chardonnay grapes from the Goldfields Vineyard in the Russian River Valley. The grapes ferment in barrels, followed by malolactic fermentation, adding richness and creaminess. Aged in French oak barrels for 11 months, this chardonnay wine offers mouthwatering acidity, good structure and a lingering finish with notes of sweet tropical fruit and grilled pineapple, making it the silver medalist at the 2018 Press Democrat North Coast Wine Challenge.
