Produced at the family-owned Chopin distillery in Krzesk, Poland, this single-ingredient vodka is made from a heritage rye variety, Dankowskie Ruben, certified 100% organic and sourced from a multi-generational farm within 20 miles of the distillery. Hand-crafted in small batches following strict ecological processing, blended with natural spring water from Chopin's own well, then rested six months to bring out its full flavor before bottling.
Nose: Bright hints of toasted organic pumpernickel.
Palate: Medium-bodied with medium acidity, subtle grain sweetness, pepper, and cinnamon.
Finish: Crisp, with lingering herbal freshness of pepper leaf and thyme.
