Sure, you’ve had rum, but not rum like this. It starts just north of San Diego. That’s where special ingredients take their time fermenting, one small batch at a time.
It takes time and care to make a great tasting white rum, and this recipe was three years in the making. Distilled by hand in small batches from fresh, all-natural Louisiana sugar cane syrup, filtered San Diego water and secret heritage yeast from San Francisco.
Tasting Notes: Chamomile, Earthy, Aloe, Stone fruit. A daydream in a glass. Earthy and vegetal on the nose with slight hints of aloe. Light and intriguing body with a finish of stone fruit and chamomile.
