Dashing through a sweetshop of fun, bright and easy flavours, tethered to maturity by a light background funk. Herbal hoppiness and hints of grapefruit further ground each sip. This BA mixed fermentation beer used in-barrel-fermentation on a culture entirely new to us. Korean Nuruk added a new energy, and curiously bright flavour profile to our approach to modern BA beer.
