The magic happens when we use fresh, locally grown coconut water as the proofing agent to cut the aged rum blend from cask strength (62% ABV) to bottle proof (40% ABV) Real coconut water infuses natural minerals that balance out the pH levels of the spirit, making an incredibly smooth blend that is not too sweet, dry, refreshing, flavorful and dangerously easy to sip.
