The blend is composed of several single malts from different distilleries and cask backgrounds — combining for a dessert-inspired flavor profile (see below).
Tasting Note

Nose: Crème brûlée — rich vanilla custard, scorched sugar, poached pear, fresh vanilla pods. Some reviewers also note red apple, steamed milk, candle-wax or pastry-like notes.

Palate: Thick, velvety, dessert-like — clotted cream or custard, honeyed malt, broiled peaches or baked fruit, custard pastry, tarte tatin, hints of cheesecake/ Danish pastry / sugar brittle.

Finish: Silky and lingering, with notes of panna cotta or milk-cream, gentle nutmeg or warm spice, burnt toffee, even banana-split–style sweetness.
