A prime example in this blend is our choice to include Valdiguié (/’Val dee gay/), which grows only in small quantities in California. This wine has a uniquely fresh, bright character with delicate fruit and a dry style. Perfect for spring and summer, though a good Rosé can be enjoyed any time of year.
