Commercial Description:
Made from 100% homegrown apples, we carefully distill our fermented cider twice in small batches, resulting in a sweet distinctive spirit, both smooth and warming.
Aged for 5 years in 50 gallon American oak ex-bourbon casks at 60% alc. then carefully diluted to 40%, minimally filtered and bottled by hand.
More like a bourbon whiskey than a brandy, Cornelius Applejack is a fantastic gluten-free alternative to rye and bourbon.
