Corralejo Blanco is an unaged tequila from Hacienda Corralejo in Peñamo, Guanajuato — 100% Blue Weber agave with a peppery, semi-sweet, lightly floral character.
Corralejo is one of the few tequila producers based in Guanajuato rather than Jalisco, an authorized appellation region whose soil lends a distinct mineral edge to the agave.
