This whiskey is focused on a single hop variety: Centennial. This hopped whiskey comes out of the intense dedication to experimenting with hops. In the inhouse experiments and competitions one bad ass hops kept coming to the top of the pack: centennial. It’s intense pine and citrus aroma is incredible in a whiskey and kept out performing other darlings of the world of hops. Many hops that are great in beer making don’t work in hopped whiskey, but this one is just awesome.
