Cortez Mr. White

This coffee is the result of a slow-roasting process, yielding a remarkably light roast that's surprisingly high in caffeine. Its flavor profile is distinct, offering a full-bodied, nutty, and fruit-forward taste with a unique texture.

Please note that due to its high density, this very light roast can be challenging for home grinders. We recommend ordering it pre-ground for ease of use.

The flavor profile features nuttiness with tea-like fruity undertones. This super light roast is rich in caffeine, with medium acidity and a very light body. It's great for adding a caffeine boost to your favorite coffees and works well with white espresso, pour-over, or French press methods.

This blend is a combination of Costa Rica Red Honey and Costa Rica Fully Washed coffees, sourced from the Poas Volcano region in Costa Rica at an elevation of 1700 meters. It's the product of meticulous processing, blending washed and honey methods to create a unique coffee experience.
