Named after Cruzan’s original sugar mill estate, this Estate Diamond Dark Rum is expertly crafted to bring out the complex flavor of barrel-aged rum. Offering rich notes of oak and vanilla, this rum is ideal for slow sips or as a mixer in one-to-one cocktails. Mix up a Cruzan Fig Pie cocktail by combining two parts Cruzan Estate Diamond® Dark Rum with three-quarter parts orange juice, one-quarter part brown sugar syrup and one tablespoon of fig chutney in a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 15 seconds, double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with grated nutmeg and a fig. Based in St. Croix and operated by the Nelthropp family since the early 1800s, every bottle of Cruzan Rum captures the unique spirit of the island.
