Each block is vinified separately, using gentle winemaking techniques such as open top fermentation, gentle punch-downs, basket pressing and French oak aging designed to preserve the wine’s delicacy and freshness. As a blend, the Estate Pinot Noir eloquently expresses the terroir to be found across our Carneros estate.
