Daily Serving was born out of our desire to express intense, saturated fruit character in beer form. After thoughtful experimentation with Permutation 6.47 and 6.51, we found that the German Berliner Weisse style, with its delicate, yet fluffy mouthfeel and even-keeled acidity is the perfect foundation for robust fruit additions.
Nothing quite encapsulates the feeling of summer in New England like a raspberry lime rickey. We set out to replicate this classic, supremely refreshing beverage in tart, pillowy, and sessionable beer form. The result presents a gorgeous and hazy ruby red, with mouth-watering aromas of juicy, ripe raspberry, fresh-zested lime, and tart berry sorbet. In classic Daily Serving form, the mouthfeel is soft and plush, finishing with mild sweetness and just a kiss of acidity.
