Bottled at 52% ABV, this limited 203-bottle release captures depth and precision shaped by high-elevation terroir and meticulous small-batch production.
Roasted agave leads into dark cacao, dried fig, and toasted pecan, followed by black cherry, molasses, and cinnamon bark. The finish lingers with oak, sweet tobacco, and warm spice. Best enjoyed neat to appreciate its layered character, or with a splash of water to open its richer, smoky complexity.
