Ditting 807 Lab Sweet Coffee Grinder

The 807 Lab Sweet is built similarly to the other grinders in the 807 line, but it boasts 80mm premium cast steel burrs and is best suited for single dosing for pour-overs, espresso, and is capable of bag grinding up to 30 pounds of coffee per day. Featuring a foldable platform, the Lab Sweet can grind directly into the included metal grounds receptacle or cupping bowls. For bag grinding, simply fold the platform up for additional space. Due to the unique texture and geometry of the burrs found in the Lab Sweet, rounder, more even particles are produced and these burrs have an expected lifespan twice that of the steel burrs found in other 807 grinders. Dual fans have also been added to the 807 line to maintain consistent temperatures and particle uniformity at any grind size from Turkish to cold brew.
