Inspired by Scottish and Irish whiskey blending techniques, Doc took two bourbons, blended them, and further aged them in PX Sherry, Oloroso Sherry & Cognac casks to create this expressive, layered and smooth bourbon, bound to stimulate the senses.
Bourbon #1: aged a minimum of 5 years, mashbill 80% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley
Bourbon #2: aged a minimum of 5 years, mashbill 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley
Average Blend of Finished Casks: 43% Pedro Ximenez, 37% Cognac, 20% Oloroso

Cracker jacks, caramel, nut brittle, dark cherries and chocolate covered caramels
TASTE
Marzipan, bright cherry, spearmint, whipped cream, spicy cinnamon, and nutmeg
