Don Cayo Extra Anejo is a unique spirit produced with a commitment to time-honored tradition and uncompromising quality, capturing the essence of Mexican culture and craftsmanship. This fine Anejo is produced from 100% Tequilana Webber agave grown in the rich, volcanic soils of Jalisco, Mexico. After the agave is harvested, the pina or heart of the plant is meticulously cooked in traditional stone and brick ovens, allowing it to develop its rich flavors. The liquid is then twice distilled in stainless steel tanks to ensure purity and smoothness. This Extra Anejo is aged for five years in carefully selected French white oak barrels, which impart complex flavors and aromas, resulting in a luxurious sipping experience that honors its roots.
