Dos Hombres Reposado is an additive-free 100% Blue Weber agave tequila from Amatitán, Jalisco, rested four months in first-fill ex-Four Roses bourbon barrels, at 80 proof.
Created by Dos Hombres co-founders Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul under Maestro Tequilero Julio Cova, the Reposado expands the brand beyond its mezcal roots while keeping its focus on agave-forward spirits made without additives or coloring. Blue Weber agave is cooked in a combination of autoclaves and traditional brick ovens, crushed by roller mill, fermented in open air with native wild yeasts, and double distilled in copper and stainless steel. It is then matured four months in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels from Four Roses, whose American oak adds vanilla, baking spice, and gentle toasted-oak depth while keeping the cooked agave and mineral character prominent.
Nose: Cooked agave, vanilla, warm baking spice, and gentle toasted oak.
Palate: Sweet roasted agave, vanilla, subtle pepper, baking spice, and lightly charred American oak.
Finish: Silky and smooth, with lingering vanilla, agave, gentle spice, and warming oak.
