We add Dark Belgian Candi Sugar which is responsible for furthering the depths of charred fruit and roasted flavors. This special sugar bumps up ABV up to 9%, but its tremendous fermentability results in the same smooth drinkability you have come to enjoy in Pot & Kettle.
